Do you work with clients outside Singapore?
Yes. We have delivered for clients in China and the United States, and we are open to work anywhere. Our team is based in Singapore, so Singapore is the market we understand best, including its procurement rules, compliance expectations and operating context.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss details?
Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements before commercial or technical discussions and treat client material as confidential by default. Say so in your first email and we will send one over.
How do we pay you?
We accept payment in various ways, some of which carry additional surcharges that we will make clear upon quotation: PayNow (Singapore), telegraphic transfer (TT), credit cards, stablecoins (USDT, USDC, XSGD, XUSD), WeChat Pay, Alipay and other localised payment options, in Singapore dollars or US dollars. Our payment processing partner is Stripe, so most payment methods Stripe supports are available.
